Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Oh, Crumbs! The Bakery website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Orders & Payment

• All orders require payment at the time of ordering via Stripe or Venmo
• Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Order confirmations will be sent via email and/or SMS
• Please provide accurate contact information to ensure successful delivery/pickup

Order Lead Times

• Standard orders require at least 24 hours notice
• Friday delivery orders must be placed by Wednesday
• Catering and large orders require at least 1 week notice
• We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute orders

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup: Available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9am-9pm. Pickup locations vary and are announced weekly on our social media.

Delivery: Available Fridays only within 7 miles of Northport, NY (11768). Delivery fee is $5, or free on orders over $50.

Please be available during your selected pickup/delivery window. We are not responsible for orders not picked up or received during the scheduled time.

Product Information

• All products are homemade and may contain: wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy
• Natural variance in appearance is expected with handcrafted items
• Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly
• Allergen information is available upon request
• Gluten-free options are made in a shared kitchen that handles wheat

The Bread Club Subscription

• $45/month for 4 loaves with free Friday delivery
• Members receive automatic 20% off sweet treats added to deliveries
• Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time
• Please provide at least 1 week notice for changes

Limitation of Liability

Oh, Crumbs! The Bakery is a home-based cottage bakery. While we take every precaution to ensure food safety and quality, we are not liable for any adverse reactions or issues arising from the consumption of our products. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
