Our Promise

Everything at Oh, Crumbs! is homemade with love by Angelica. We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, please let us know!

Quality Guarantee

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund for the affected item

Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us — this helps us improve!

Cancellations & Modifications

  • More than 24 hours before pickup/delivery: Full refund or free modification
  • Less than 24 hours: We'll do our best to accommodate, but refunds may not be possible as baking has already begun
  • No-shows: Orders not picked up during the scheduled window cannot be refunded

What We Cannot Refund

  • Orders not picked up or received during scheduled times
  • Change of mind after pickup/delivery
  • Natural variation in handmade products (this is the beauty of artisan baking!)
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after receiving the order

Bread Club Subscriptions

Bread Club members can pause or cancel their subscription at any time with at least 1 week notice before the next delivery. Refunds for the current month are not available once baking has begun for your delivery.

A Note on Homemade Products

Everything is handmade by Angelica in small batches. Because of this, you may notice slight variations in size, shape, or appearance from order to order. This is completely normal and part of what makes artisan baking special! We always strive for consistency in flavor and quality.
