Yes! Local delivery is available on Fridays within 7 miles of Northport (11768). Delivery is $5, or free on orders over $50. Pickup is available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Our sourdough is made with our signature starter, Dora, who's been nurtured with love. We use organic flour and a slow 24-48 hour fermentation process for exceptional flavor and digestibility.

Yes! We use organic flour and source organic, all-natural ingredients whenever possible. We believe quality ingredients make the best bread — no artificial anything!

Yes! We offer gluten-free options and can also take custom orders for GF items that aren't currently on the main menu. Just reach out to discuss your needs!

For best results, store bread cut-side down at room temperature for 2-3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze — it toasts beautifully from frozen!

Everything is homemade by hand! For this reason, expect some natural variance in the finished product, although we strive for consistency. That's the beauty of artisan baking!

Pickup is at our weekly popup locations in the Northport, NY area. You'll receive the exact address and any special instructions via email and on our social media.

Pickup is available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Hours are 9am - 9pm with hourly pickup slots.
